With an acoustic feel, it's just Annie, Dave, and his guitar, belting out the track 'I Need You' in raw fashion. I've often thought that the duo work best when they strip songs down to their bare essentials and this track works especially well for that reason.

The lyrics become much more prominent, also for this reason. 'I Need you to catch each breath / that issues from my lips' / I Need someone to listen to the ecstasy I'm faking'.
