Directed By Derek Jarman and based on the play by Christopher Marlowe. Edward II continues to bestow honours on Gaveston, a commoner. Queen Isabella, upset and mortified, conspires to overthrow the King. Murder and civil war ensue.....

 

In the film, Annie performs 'Every Time We Say Goodbye' which was recorded originally by Cole Porter. Incidentally, this track can be found on the 'Red Hot & Blue' album.
